I have severe Diabetic Neurpathy in both of my feet and both shins. It affects my walking and driving and is extremely painful and disabling when it strikes at its worst. Pain is always present chronic, but with spikes to the HORRIBLE category in terms of pain events. I typically have several pain events per day.
